Commission Process

• I have the right to include finished work in my portfolio and to post finished work on my social media.• I have the right to refuse or cancel any commissions.• Please credit me in the video description using my Twitter handle @Alpha_Hatsuseno or my Youtube channel @OrangeHenge.• Please provide me with links to the VOD/streams and timestamps (ex. 01:20:20-01:24:24) that you would like for me to edit.
► If you would like for me to review the VOD/stream for timestamps on my own, there will be an additional charge.• I allow a maximum of 2 revisions per commission. Any additional revision is an additional charge. Personal mistakes (ex. subtitle errors, duplicated clips, etc.) do not count as a revision.• I am open to negotiation if there are any concerns! Please communicate any concerns when requesting commissions.

Payment Process

• Payments will be done via Paypal only, and Paypal fees will be included in the final invoice.• Payments will be in USD.• Payment will be due within a week after the final product is completed.
► Please do not upload any video(s) before I have received payment. I have the right to request any video(s) to be taken down if the video is uploaded before payment is received.► I do allow payment negotiations on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any needs to me when requesting commissions! We will establish a payment plan agreement before the start of the commission.• If you wish for me to review the VOD/stream for timestamps, there will be an additional $15-$20 USD charge for every hour I spend reviewing footage.• Requests for additional revisions (other than the 2 I allow) after I send you the final product will be an additional charge of $5-$10 USD per revision.
